This agreement is effective immediately upon activation of any SK Hosting Limited service.

For the purpose of this document, SK Hosting Limited shall be called "SK Hosting", SK Hosting Limited's clients should be called "Clients" and Clients' users shall be called "Users".

Terms:

1. Registration / Pricing / Payment
   1.1 Registration of any SK Hosting service constitutes Clients understanding and acceptance of the terms herein 1.2 SK Hosting reserves the right to adjust service pricing at anytime without notice, no refund will be issued in case of price discrepency; 1.3 SK Hosting will only accept payments through methods provided by SK Hosting:
   1.3.1 Clients are responsible to notify SK Hosting upon submission of payment;
   1.3.2 SK Hosting will only accept payment notification methods as provided by SK Hosting.
   


2. Content / Documents
   2.1 Clients and Users shall not upload, offer to sell, offer to lease or make available content and documents that SK Hosting deems unacceptable:
   2.1.1 SK Hosting does not accept content and documents that violate laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
   2.1.2 SK Hosting does not accept content and documents that violate local or international copyright laws;
   2.1.3 SK Hosting does not accept content and documents that are obscene or offensive;
   2.1.4 SK Hosting does not accept content and documents that consistute slander, threat or harass in nature.
   2.1.5 SK Hosting does not accept content and documents that damage, hijack, violate others' privacy or consistute slander, threat or harass in nature.
   2.2 SK Hosting will terminate Clients' services at anytime without notice if Section 2.1 is found to be violated.
   


3. Software
   3.1 Clients and Users shall not upload or install software on SK Hosting's systems that SK Hosting deems unacceptable:
   3.1.1 SK Hosting does not accept software that provides public file sharing services;
   3.1.2 SK Hosting does not accept software that faciliate or deliver Denial of Service attack of any kind;
   3.1.3 SK Hosting does not accept trojan horse, phishing or any other malicious software.
   3.2 SK Hosting will terminate Clients' services at anytime without notice if Section 3.1 is found to be violated.
   


4. Abusive Use
   4.1 Clients and Users shall not abuse SK Hosting's systems under any circumstances:
   4.1.1 Clients and Users shall not send unsolicted, junk or mass e-mails (SPAM) of any kind;
   4.1.2 Clients and Users shall not use excessive amount of server and storage resources;
   4.1.3 Clients and Users shall not use excessive amount of bandwidth resources.
   4.2 SK Hosting will terminate Clients' services at anytime without notice if Section 4.1 is found to be violated.
   


5. Refund
   5 Fees paid to SK Hosting is non-refundable under any circumstances.
   


6. Indemnities
   6.1 Clients and Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SK Hosting for all actions, claims, costs, losses, damages and expenses arising out of the Clients and Users' use of SK Hosting's services.
   6.2 Clients and Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SK Hosting for all claims, proceedings and costs (including legal costs) brought by any third party in relation to the Clients and Users' use of SK Hosting's services.
   


7. Violation of Terms of Service
   7.1 Violation of any of the terms herein will result in SK Hosting freezing or termination of Clients' services.
   7.2 SK Hosting shall not be liable for any loss resulting from freezing or terminating Clients' services due to violating of any of the terms herein.
   

SK Hosting reserves the right to update its Terms of Service at anytime without notice.
